•ICEYE successfully closed a primary Series F funding round of €450 million, led by General Atlantic, with the total round, including a secondary placement, exceeding €1 billion and valuing the company at over €10 billion, specifically reaching €10.5 billion.
•This landmark funding round for Europe's dual-use SpaceTech sector saw participation from a strong syndicate including Solidium, Tesi, Varma, Ilmarinen, Lifeline Ventures, Nokia, Qatar Investment Authority (QIA), and TCV, underscoring significant investor confidence in ICEYE's advanced SAR satellite constellation.
